What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing sometimes described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing where a practitioner places their hands lightly on or over a patient’s body to facilitate the patient’s process of healing. What to expect after a session?
After a session, the effects may continue to integrate for up to several days. Thoughts and emotions may continue to surface as your body is adjusting to its new energetic patterns. You may experience a number of different feelings including but not limited to feeling energized, light, focused, tired, unsettled, or even a sense of being in transition. Rest assured, all of these feelings are good and normal parts of the integration process. It removes the issues out of your issues.

What to expect after your treatment?
After a treatment, most people feel relaxed, some feel fatigued, others may feel more energized, and some feel no effects after their treatment. Feeling fatigued after your treatment is not cause for concern but is just your body telling you to take it easy & rest. You may feel soreness at certain points of insertion, the soreness should go away within 24 hours.
Make sure to drink plenty of water following your treatment as your body may become dehydrated from the rapid movement of Qi in the body. After your treatment, try to avoid strenuous exercise, caffeine, alcohol, cold temperature & stressful situations if possible.
