What is Reiki?

The word Reiki is combination of two Japanese word ‘Rei’ means ‘higher power’ and ‘Ki’ means ‘life force energy’. Reiki is believed as a means of actual guided life force energy. It is one of the integrative healthcare therapy.

Reiki is a complementary health approach, a form of Complementary & Alternative Medicinal Therapy. It is developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui in Japan.

Reiki Concepts:

In general Reiki is based on an Eastern concepts of an energy basically it supports the body’s innate or natural healing abilities. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or consequently hands lightly on or just above person. Emphatically healing is done through  a universal energy transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the person in order to facilitate own healing response.

What is Hypnosis?

The term "Hypnosis" is derived from the ancient Greek word ‘Hypnos’ means "sleep", and the suffix -osis, means "put to sleep". It is one of the integrative healthcare therapy.
